The interview process involved three rounds, plus an aptitude test that was set up as a game. Then, there was a video interview where I had to record my answers to questions as they popped up on the screen.
There are five steps in this hiring process. First up is a Group Discussion to see how you communicate and work with others. Then, a Voice Assessment to check your clarity and fluency. After that, an Email Writing task to test your professional writing skills. Next, a Personal Interview where they'll look at your knowledge and problem-solving abilities. Finally, the HR Interview, which is all about your personality, how adaptable you are, and if you'd be a good fit for the role. Each round is designed to filter candidates based on important skills.
It's a tough interview process. First, you'll need to talk about yourself and your family. Then, expect questions about your MBA background, banking, finance products, and accounting. There will also be an email writing task and a group discussion. Finally, there's an HR round followed by a Manager round to wrap things up.
