Candidate-reported interview process
There were 3 rounds in total. The first round was a screen where they checked my resume and had a basic chat with HR. Then, I had a technical round with the hiring manager where we talked about my past experience, the product development lifecycle, and my part in change management. The last round was with a skip-level manager, and it was all situation-based questions.
It was a pretty good interview process. They asked straightforward questions about transactions and the market. It's a good idea to review your past experiences so you can talk about them confidently. The interviews mostly focused on scenarios and times when your skills were applicable.
The interview process involved a few steps, including an online assessment and interviews with different people. It took about a month to complete the whole process. I enjoyed it and I got the job.
