The process started with an online assessment, which included multiple choice questions and then a question requiring an extended answer. After the assessment, there was an online interview where I had to record my answers to questions without any direct interaction with an interviewer.
They will not let you know if you passed the interview or not. You will just know the result when they contact you again after 2 months, and endorse you to a new role. I have so much love for this company but not a good experience for me.
I was ghosted by the recruiter after making it to the final round. It's just basic courtesy to provide feedback on why someone wasn't chosen for the role.
