First there's an online test with different games and activities, and questions. Then, candidates who pass that go into a group discussion (GD). GD topics are general, like how AI might affect the job market. After the GD, there's an interview for further shortlisting.
The interview process included a group discussion where girls seemed to have an advantage. This was followed by another group discussion and then a personal interview where I was asked about Supply Chain and some technical topics.
So, the interview process started with a general online test. After that, I was invited for the ABI day, which I assume is a group interview. Then, I got invited for a final panel interview. This last interview had 4 stakeholders and 5 other candidates in it. I made it to the final panel interview, but unfortunately, I didn't get an offer in the end.
