Anheuser-Busch InBev Business Analyst interviews, decoded.

It was a good and interesting part of my college recruitment process. There were 3 rounds. First, a group discussion, then a 1-1 meeting with the manager. The difficulty wasn't too high. They asked basic questions from my resume. This was my first interview.

The company has you go through tests, and the entire selection process. It also includes 2 times marking an interview with the area manager, they simply mark it and don't show up in the room, they don't give feedback and simply disappear. It makes you wonder if the positions are really real or if the company uses the selection process to gain solutions for internal problems.

It was fine. The interview was very standard. The manager and the HR rep were on the call and asked typical interview questions. They however, ghosted me after the interview for weeks and only gave me a rejection email after asking them for updates twice.
