They started with an online assessment, then had a group discussion and a personal interview. The group discussion was easy to get through. The interview was based on your resume and you, asking about your family background and if your hometown is a convenient place to work.

The interview process included an initial phone screening, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager, and then salary discussions. Everything was done online.

The interview was shorter than the scheduled 30 minutes. Usually recruiters explain the role and provide more details not in the job post, but this recruiter seemed rushed and only asked what she needed to know. When I asked questions, she just told me to check the job post. Normally recruiters know a lot about the position, the team, and sometimes the systems they use, but this one knew nothing. Her only response was "check the job post". The way it went felt unprofessional and reflects on the company. I wouldn't even consider another interview if invited.
