Candidate-reported interview process

it was okayish. They gave me an hour to prep and asked about how i would launch a beer, a risk management plan, why, market research etc. it wasnt too difficult but they werent happy with any answers.

You begin with an online assessment. Following that, there are three interview rounds with different people. The first round is a fit interview. The second round involves a small business case. The third round is an interview with senior management, focusing on your motivation, reasons for choosing ABInBev, and possibly some fit questions.

So there were two interview rounds. Both of them were panel interviews. Each panel had the head of a department. Each interview was about an hour.
