Anheuser-Busch InBev Software Engineer interviews, decoded.

Primeira entrevista com RH onde foi validado o inglês e se a vaga faria sentido. Segunda entrevista com gerência do time + um técnico. Terceira entrevista com time mais técnico para validar de forma mais profunda o conhecimento.

Ran into them at a University Career Fair. Got invited to apply for two Technology Specialist positions, did that, and then completed 2 Online Assessments for each. Moved on to the first-round interview, but honestly had no clue which of the two jobs I was interviewing for. It turned out to be a general interview, mostly asking about my background. After that, I had a 30-minute chat with a Tech VP, which I really enjoyed. Haven't heard back in two weeks though. The whole process felt a bit disorganized, but they seem to be working with some cool technology.

So I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Anheuser-Busch, and it was pretty well put together, you know? The whole thing took about a month, maybe 3 to 4 weeks, from when I first applied to the last interview.
