Anheuser-Busch InBev Hr Generalist interviews, decoded.

The interview was conducted over Teams due to COVID. I made it to the third stage, but then heard nothing back. I didn't get any feedback even after asking a few weeks later, by which time it was clear I wasn't getting the role.

An external company organized the interviews. I had a first interview with my future supervisor, and then a second one with the HR Director. The external company contacted me to say my application was approved and they were waiting to interview one last candidate before giving me feedback. However, I never heard back from them. I think it's quite cowardly of companies not to follow up.

After my resume was accepted, I received a call and then met with the HR manager. It was a single interview that lasted about half an hour. The questions were pretty standard, and the atmosphere was quite comfortable.
