Candidate-reported interview process

There are three interview stages involved: an online video interview, an HR phone call, and a line manager (team lead) interview. From my perspective, the online video interview can be challenging because you're not directly interacting with a person, so you really have to put your best foot forward.

So first there was an online test with some analytical games, after that we had 2 group discussions and then 2 interviews. The interviews mainly focused on my past experiences, my resume, and the company's objectives.

The first interview is online with a video bot. You get submitted questions and have a short time to prepare your answer before speaking on camera.
