First, there was an aptitude round with games and math. Then we moved on to a Group Discussion and an Interview. The aptitude round included math problems and some puzzle-like games. For the group discussion, we were asked whether to discuss a business-related topic or an abstract one, and we all agreed on abstract. Our topic was "Polarisation in Social Media."
First, there's a games based assessment. Then, a part where you need to create a beer brand from scratch using a selected promo. I'm still waiting to hear back about the assessment centre, it's been over two months.
There were 80 people shortlisted for the first group discussion. From those, 15 were selected for the next round. Then, 5 people were selected for the personal interview, and they eventually got the full-time role. So, it was 2 group discussions followed by a personal interview.
