It was a five-part interview process. It included skills tests, video assignments where we had to solve problems, a company day where we met people, and then one-on-one interviews. The last interview was mostly in the language of the country we applied for.

The interview followed a strict script, with little attention paid to the answers and minimal dynamism. While slightly disappointing, it was interesting. The interview was also quite short, leaving little room for creativity.

It was a pretty standard interview process. They asked about my personal background, professional background, ambitions, and experience, and why I was interested in this particular job and the company.
