After an initial phone assessment in English, there was a first in-person meeting. This was followed by two more online meetings. The job posting didn't mention that the role would involve both Key Account Management and Field Sales, which felt like it changed the nature of the position.
It was an enjoyable and really smooth process. Each individual stage was clearly laid out and the assessment day was well structured. The first stage was a video recording of you explaining how you would overcome a task and the steps you would take.
The interview process was long and drawn out, with very little communication. There were too many stages, and the assessment day asked for a lot of commitment without guaranteeing a job. Although I received positive feedback and was given a timeline for an outcome, they missed that date and then another, before finally informing me I wasn't successful. This was confusing given the earlier positive feedback.
