Candidate-reported interview process

It was a mix of one-on-one and group interviews, plus some sort of game on an iPhone. They also mentioned something about travel expenses, and it's been a hassle trying to get reimbursed, like 50 days already and still asking about invoicing.

The interview process included some online tests that were pretty easy. Then there was a telephone interview, which seemed to be handled by an external company. The interviewer was just going through a list of questions, very mechanically. I felt good about how I handled the personal and case questions, which involved calculating and finding two products to produce, plus some marketing questions. I was really disappointed to get rejected and couldn't get any feedback, even though I saw the interviewer writing down everything I said. I didn't get to the Assessment Center or the Panel Interview stages.

The process was quite unique. Initially, I just had to submit my CV. Then, depending on the specific role, there were some small online tests. After that, I had a long phone interview that included a tough case study. Finally, there were AC and personal interviews before the offer.
