Candidate-reported interview process

First there was an interview with HR, then I was given a technical challenge to ingest data and make it available in the Gold layer and finally present it to the tech leader and the area manager.

The whole process was smooth and took about two weeks from start to finish until the offer letter was generated. It's a great company to work with and highly recommended, with good management and employee-friendly policies and environment.

I had a face-to-face interview with a consultancy. The interview started on time. The first round was core technical, the second was managerial and technical, the third was a people/HR round, and the fourth (telephonic) was for salary discussion. The overall process was good, and the infrastructure was nice.
