Went through online assessments, then an assessment centre in Belgium, and if successful, a final panel interview also in Belgium. It was a difficult but interesting experience. You need to be prepared to try and stand out in a large group.
Everything's ONLINE (Zoom) - 1) Application 2) Case Study on Brand Marketing stuff 3) Business Game(s) in groups (e.g. Escape room, Make a new beverage) 4) 1 to 1 with two managers, separately 5) You and 4 others on a 1-hour call with 5 top managers (like VP, Country Manager). Managers ask questions fast, from motivation/behavioural to brain teasers. Last question: 'Say who you'd hire and who you'd fire from the other 4 candidates.'
First, there was a CV check. Then, we did some online games for IQ and personality. After that, a digital interview where you get a question, an hour to prepare, and then your camera records your answer. The next step was a full online Assessment Day with networking, a 1-1 interview, a business case, and a business game. Finally, there was a panel discussion.
