First there was an online psychometric test. If I passed that, I had a video interview which was a case study. I had 30 minutes to prepare a pitch for a new product. I was told I passed the video interview and was invited to an assessment centre, but after two months of emailing and asking I still had no response. Very frustrating and humiliating interview process, would not recommend it if you have any self dignity.
