Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process included a group discussion where girls seemed to have an advantage. This was followed by another group discussion and then a personal interview where I was asked about Supply Chain and some technical topics.

It was a bunch of online tests that were pretty easy, and then two group interviews. The first group interview was a discussion, and it was pretty competitive. The second one was a group case solving session where we all got different roles like CEO, CMO, and stuff, and that really needed good people management and speaking skills, like being structured and clear.

We started with a video recording interview that I did on my own, without anyone watching. Then, there was one live interview where I met with several people from the team I was applying to. During this interview, I was asked typical HR questions.
