Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was really smooth, right from the initial application to the final interviews. I wasn't chosen in the end because I didn't have enough fundraising experience, but ARC did a great job and I'd happily interview with them again.

I applied for a tech program role, but they ended up interviewing me for a specialist position instead. It seems the job description was a bit off. They mentioned they don't really have MLT roles right now, even though the job postings suggest otherwise.

The interview process was super smooth! It started with a phone screening, and then there was a video interview with the hiring manager. They asked some great questions and gave good feedback. The recruiter was really helpful, giving me all the tips I needed for the hiring manager interview.
