Talked with management about what kind of internship stuff could happen and how my skills could fit with the team and where they needed help. It felt pretty professional but also chill.
Super easy interview. Starts with a zoom call with someone who is regional, then you talk to the executive director of your chapter or whoever you'll be working with directly during the internship. The first interview is more structured.
It was only one interview round, even though it was supposed to be three. The second and third were just to confirm my availabilities. It was mostly behavioral questions, like biggest challenge and previous working experiences.
