Candidate-reported interview process

First, there was a quick 10-minute phone chat to go over your qualifications. It felt pretty laid-back, and the interviewer was nice. If they liked you, the next step was a Zoom call with a manager in your field.

The Process was: Phone interview with recruiter, Senior Development, District Management, Regional Director. Standard interview questions, nothing that caught me off guard, or out of the ordinary. A mix of situational, tell me about a time.... questions.

The process was slow, taking ages to get started. My recruiter was in a different time zone, causing scheduling problems. In the end, after I was hired, they called another candidate and offered them my job.
