The interview process involved a phone screening initially, followed by three rounds of interviews. The first interview was conducted virtually with the regional communications director. I went to the regional office for an interview with the two supervisors who would oversee me during the internship. I got to tour the office, and everyone was really friendly. I thought it was a great experience overall. After the interview, the internship coordinator called me to let me know about my status.
