In the first stage I got contacted and asked some basic, standard interview questions. No need to overthink it, but make sure you are prepared.
The interview process is thorough and covers your understanding of financial and accounting procedures, but it's not overly complex. I applied for three roles concurrently, which might have added a few extra steps. My experience included an initial screening, followed by a behavioral interview, and then a technical interview (this can differ). The process was quite fair, the interviewers were pleasant, and I ended up with three job offers.
First I talked to a recruiter manager, then I had a video call with two other Financial Analysts. After that, I had another video call with two managers, one of whom would be my boss. The day after, they posted the job again. I asked them about it and they ghosted me.
