Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was comprehensive and covered everything. I understood exactly what to expect and the timeline. I also received the necessary training for internal systems. The interview gave me a clear idea of what the job entails.

A recruiter reached out to me for a phone screen. After that, the recruiter set up an in-person meeting with the hiring manager. The interview was under an hour, and I heard back from the recruiter with an offer in less than a week.

First was a phone call where they asked about my experience and if I had questions. I already knew about the program and they told me about pay and hours. The second interview had two people who asked about my experience and why I wanted to work at the Red Cross. A background check took about a week.
