The process was pretty standard. First, I had a phone screen. Then, there was a video call with the two hiring managers. Finally, I had an in-person interview and a lab tour with the hiring managers.
It was super easy, they were nice but don't get suckered in. The benefits are amazing, but the work-life balance is just awful. No sick days, you can't call out, and you don't even start earning PTO for three months, which is wild.
The interview process consists of an online interview followed by an inperson interview. The interview is relatively easy and the questions are not hard. The process overall is smooth and quick.
