The interview was tough and really focused on your past experiences and how you handled situations. Honestly, I think focusing too much on what you did before is a bit much. If you know what to do when a situation comes up, why does it even matter what you did previously?
Had a phone screen with HR, then a second interview on Microsoft Teams with my direct supervisor. The third and final interview was also on Teams, and it included HR, the supervisor, and the supervisor’s supervisor. The offer came pretty quickly, within 2-3 days! The second and third interviews felt more like information sessions, but I did get to ask my questions.
It was mostly behavioral questions, with a few questions about yourself like your strengths and weaknesses. I also had to answer questions about how I deal with conflict and progressive discipline. The interview was very straightforward and the interviewer made me feel comfortable throughout.
