The interview was pretty easy. I was asked a lot of behavioral and situational questions. I had to go in person for the interview before the covid regulations. Great Company!
Had three interviews in total. First was a phone screen where they asked general questions about my resume. Then I had a Teams meeting with three people: a manager and two individuals currently in the same role I'm applying for. The last interview was another Teams meeting with two people.
I wanted to give this company a chance, but my hiring experience was disappointing. I was first ghosted by a recruiter after getting an interview invite. I reapplied, thinking it was a fluke, and got scheduled for another interview. But, just two hours before the call, I was told they weren't hiring for my location anymore. I get that things change, but the lack of communication and last-minute changes are bothersome. What's more annoying is that I saw the same job posted again later. I've been let down twice now, and I've learned my lesson. This shows how they manage things internally, and it's not a place I want to work.
