Got an email to chat, first it was a recruiter. Then a week later, I had a call with my future supervisor. They asked me to prep a short 2-5 min instructional talk, like a mini-lesson. That was a video thing, followed by some behavioral questions. About 2 weeks after that, they gave me a verbal offer, then the written one. The whole thing took about 4-6 weeks from the first interview to starting.
It's a structured conversation. Teaching or nursing experience is really helpful. A recruiter will reach out, and then you'll have an interview with a hiring manager. You gotta be available and have a flexible schedule.
The interview process involved a good session of questions and answers with great people. Benefits were explained a little bit. The scheduling of hours wasn't explained well enough, which was disappointing because the hours are not dependable. The staff were great when I had questions.
