Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was very professional. Everyone was nice and the interviews were informative about the organization. They are a respectful organization that seems to treat applicants well. The roles and responsibilities of the job posting were clear. They answered any questions I had.

It was a thorough interview process across different levels of the organization. It was quick and efficient and HR led the process. Although it was not as personable of an experience and it sometimes felt disconnected.

This interview was pretty straightforward. It was a standard behavioral interview.
