The interview process was not very transparent. I had an interview, was told I was moving on to the next round, and then never heard back. Not cool to ghost!
The interview was a short and easy phone call with the hiring manager. I was found on LinkedIn by their HR team. After the interview, their HR team had poor communication and I don't expect any follow up.
So I had one interview, and they asked me some broad questions about my experience with fundraising and leadership. It took them ages to get back to me, like many months, so I ended up having to follow up with HR and then the director for the area. Eventually, they just sent a rejection in the system.
