Candidate-reported interview process

They interviewed me way too many times. The hiring manager was condescending, like I was too clueless for the role, but then they ended up offering me the job... so was I not qualified but qualified?

The interview process was direct and to the point. It included a phone interview, and a decision was made that same day. The entire process took about an hour. I am a previous redcross employee.

The interview process really changes depending on the location, you can have anywhere from two to five interviews, it all depends on the specific spot and role you are applying for. It's super professional but it takes a while.
