Candidate-reported interview process
I interviewed in 2019 through campus selection. The interview had 3 rounds. The first round was an MCQ test. The second round had 3 parts: first an MCQ test, then analyzing and solving a problem, and finally a technical round. The third round was an HR round/group discussion.
It was a deferred video interview where I had to answer questions. There were 9 questions for me. Each question took about 1 to 2 minutes. The questions were typical, like introduce yourself, talk about your experiences, your motivations, and mention experiences related to the job you're applying for, etc.
Eu tive uma entrevista com o gerente de projetos. Eu discuti minha experiência como consultora SAP em finanças e outros módulos em que tenho experiência. Foram feitas perguntas técnicas sobre o módulo em que eu atuo.
