Candidate-reported interview process

There were three rounds: The first was a technical round where they asked about the functional area I worked in, especially call functionality and the integration process. The second was a managerial round where they asked if I could relocate. The third was an HR round. I was selected and they said they would send the offer letter soon, but they haven't sent it yet.

It was a really chill interview process, super laid back. Started with a casual chat, then a formal interview where they asked five competency-based questions. Overall, it was a really easygoing experience, and I got the offer.

I had a specific knowledge test and then a chat with the support manager. The chat was really relaxed, covering my experiences, skills, and what I like to do in my free time.
