Atos Data Engineer interviews, decoded.

I applied online and after about 3 months, I got a call back. The recruiter said she would check if they were still looking for a student. Then, I was given an interview date. I assumed it would be a motivational interview, but it turned out to be technical questions.

The hiring process was really smooth and everyone was cooperative. It started with an HR chat, followed by a meeting with the team lead. The final stage was a technical interview with several team members. The whole thing was quite efficient, and the Atos team shared a good amount of info about the company and the project.

The recruitment process was fine but lacked feedback. I had an interview for a data position at Atos. The discussion with the team went well overall and the people were professional. I was also presented the company as a training environment with skill development for data profiles. However, after the rejection, it's hard to get precise feedback despite asking for it. It's a shame because the process went well and more detailed technical feedback would have been useful for progress.
