Candidate-reported interview process

First there was a call to let you know your application was moving forward. Then an assessment, and after that, a virtual assessment centre day. That's how you'll know if you got the job.

I applied spontaneously and the HR Director contacted me. It was a terrible interview with someone who was clearly bitter and made a lot of unpleasant remarks. There was gratuitous humiliation and condescension. With their declining results, they should focus on attracting talent, not scaring them away.

The interview process had 3 rounds: first with HR, then the team leader, and finally a professional round. All interviews felt pretty relaxed and were focused on the job tasks. For the final round, there was a take-home assignment to prepare beforehand, and then two senior architects asked questions about it. It all felt really good, and I ended up accepting the offer.
