Candidate-reported interview process

So, there were 3 interviews total. Two were with HR, focusing on my past experiences and soft skills. The third was a technical interview with the manager of the Business Unit.

It was a two-interview process. The first interview was a call where we discussed basic motivations and I learned about the firm and the team. The second interview was in person with two interviewers. They asked basic questions about my motivations and what Atos could offer my career. They also asked about my confidence in handling the assigned tasks.

it was very brief and simple, it consisted of basic general knowledge questions for a project manager and questions about my professional career. After that, we moved on to a practical interview where we simulated a project situation and I had to propose a solution on how to address the problem.
