The interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by a technical screen, and then an onsite interview.
The interview process had 2 stages: first, a phone call with the manager, and second, a technical call with the delivery manager and tech lead. The people were great, truly one of the best interviews I've had in my career.
It was an informal chat with my potential manager and their manager. They made me feel comfortable. We discussed the job role and my responsibilities.
