The interview process was pretty chill and had 3 rounds. No technical tests, which was a plus. It's not too hard to get this job, just be yourself. This was my first job after college, and the work culture is really friendly, though there's a bit of a management issue.
The interview process was good overall. I got a call from a consultancy and had an interview the very next day. It's a lengthy process, so it's better to do it in the first half of the day. There will be a multiple choice test first, conducted by the receptionist. She just checks the paper and then you can go for the other rounds.
The interview was for a fresher position. The interviewer was good and helped me answer questions I couldn't initially. The HR interview was tougher than the technical one because the HR person asked more questions and had a technical background.
