Atos Solutions Architect interviews, decoded.

It was a 3-interview process: first with the Hiring Manager, then the Practice Manager, and finally HR. The HRBP did a great job managing everything and communicated very clearly. All the interviewers were super open and accommodating.

First I sent in my CV and cover letter. Then I did some multiple-choice tests. After that, there was a video interview where they asked random questions and I only had 1 minute to think and 3 minutes to talk. I got all the way to the stage right before the final assessment, and then they just ghosted me. It was pretty rude and lazy of Atos to not give me any feedback after I made it that far.

It started with an online test, followed by an assessment day where there was a group session. The group session involved a briefing pack and we had to make recommendations to the interviewers. We also had a one-on-one interview and a presentation. It was a relaxed comfortable and supportive environment.
