Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved some aptitude and technical questions, which were of average difficulty. The HR round had general questions. The whole thing was wrapped up in 2 to 3 days. Overall, it was a nice experience.

First, I had an online test on the Mettl platform. It was an aptitude test that covered verbal and quantitative sections, and a small coding part. They had the camera on the whole time during the test.

After clearing an aptitude test, an interview was scheduled. The interview was considered easy to moderate. Basic questions were asked, along with inquiries about willingness to relocate and work in shifts.
