Atos Enterprise Architect interviews, decoded.

It was a detailed interview process with 2 rounds. I was satisfied with the interview but didn't get an offer. I'm not sure if it was salary or budget issues. I tried following up but got no response.

Applied online and went through an HR screening, then a technical interview, and finally a face-to-face interview. The whole process was super slow, and I had to keep asking for updates. It took so long that I got another job offer in the time it took them to move between stages. It's been over a month with no final decision, and I wouldn't even take the job if they offered now. They also weren't clear about the salary range.

The entire process was really positive. It started with a recruiter call to check my English, and then just a day later, I got invited for the second part, which was a technical interview with my future manager. The questions they asked were spot on for the role. I ended up waiting about 3 weeks for the callback because of the holidays.
