it was a 2 round interview process. they weren't good or transparent about the process. feedback and updates are slow. it's been a month since the second interview and still no offer. questions were about experience and motivation.
The interviewer seemed dismissive, almost as if they had already made a decision or weren't interested in my candidacy from the start. It felt like they weren't taking me seriously.
Really easy and quick process. It started with a short HR call (about 10 mins) and then a 1-hour interview with the team leader. They were mostly interested in my past coop/intern experience. I got the offer pretty fast, within 1-2 weeks.
