It was pretty straightforward. Applied online, then had two online tests. After that, there was a long wait for the business review before a virtual interview. The interview itself was quite simple and finished with a technical assessment.
The interview process was unique and unlike any I'd experienced before, set in a relaxed atmosphere. I felt quite optimistic about securing the job by the time the interview concluded.
A recruiter set up a meeting with the department head. Then I interviewed with the mechanical department lead and the lead mechanical engineer for the project I was hired for. A couple days later I got an offer letter. We negotiated the contract and then I started.
