The process was great and the interviewers were friendly. It was made up of half technical questions and half questions about your ability to work as a team, your communication skills, and what you would do in different situations.
The interview process was pretty easy and not difficult. The person interviewing me made me feel relaxed and didn't ask any tough questions. They seemed to have reviewed my resume and asked questions based on my previous work experience.
This was a pretty specific role, I was being hired on for a particular project. There was just one interview, and it was a mix of technical and behavioral questions. They mostly asked about my previous experience that was relevant to the project. They also asked for my opinions on some subject matter related to the project, and about engineering processes and methods.
