First, I did a simple online application. A week later, I got a phone call inviting me for an initial interview at their Derby office with two interviewers. It was a straightforward interview where they asked about my CV and some technical questions. An hour after that first interview, they called me to invite me for a second interview the following week. This one also had the same format, but with three different people, and they asked another technical question plus a commercial question. After the second interview, a current graduate scheme employee gave me a tour of the office, which was helpful for asking questions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the staff were friendly.
The process included a phone screening, followed by a regular interview and then a short presentation. It all took about 4-5 months from when I applied. There was a lot of back and forth via email for document submission.
The first step was an online assessment. It covered different aspects like personality, numeracy, logic, and spatial reasoning. It took about an hour and gave some automated feedback. It was kinda fun.
