Candidate-reported interview process
It's a long and tedious interview process. Shortlisted candidates get emails quite quickly. There are online group breakouts for team group discussions. The whole process can take a full day or even more. The breakout rooms involve discussing an activity or a problem for a few minutes. You'll be given time to come up with solutions for a statement and submit them later.
It was a virtual interview with general questions about why consulting and questions based on my experience. There was also a short technical interview to assess analytical insights on a given dataset. The people were very friendly and nice.
It was a 7 stage process. First, there were 4 online tests, then a group discussion (GD). After that, a technical interview and an HR round followed. The first two stages were elimination rounds: the online tests and the GD. Only those who passed the GD proceeded to the technical and HR interviews, which were conducted for everyone who qualified.
