The interview process was straightforward with clear instructions and not too many stages. The interviewers were very friendly. The immersive assessment was very clear, but it was quite time-strict, so be efficient with your time.

The process started with an application, then a test, and finally an interview where I had to give a presentation. I was sent a scenario beforehand to prepare for the presentation, which involved a role-play of how I would handle a given situation. That was it.

Overall pretty good interview, asking basic questions about managing change. It felt very generic and scripted, limiting my ability to talk about problem-solving relevant to the role, even when I asked for clarification on the job's demands. I'm rating this a negative experience because, despite the interview itself being fine, they ghosted me after promising to respond within a week. Even my follow-up with the recruiter went unanswered. This kind of lack of communication is unacceptable for a company of this size and raises concerns about the actual company culture.
