For this internship, you can expect questions about how you work with others, your relationships with people, your approach to managing, or how you fit into a diverse team. First was a phone interview - they asked about myself and my qualifications. They asked if I was familiar with Microsoft Office and to talk about my skills. It was pretty basic and easy, with a recruitment specialist who was polite and nice, and wanted to know what I had to say. The second interview was in person, at their office (GTA). This interview was with a manager at the company, and he wasn't interested in my skills or qualifications at all. He had a copy of my resume, and it was clear he hadn't read it before the interview. He asked me what I knew about the company, how they operate, and what I would be doing as an intern.
