They had a great initial screening and communication was very straightforward about whether I was a good fit. There were several tests and reviews. The process was very structured, but I'd be careful about contract companies that act as third parties.
The interview process was very organized and the interviewer made it a very conducive setting for me. The people I met up with were all very accommodating and the hiring process was quick and very orderly.
The technical discussion was quite basic and I didn't get any feedback after it. I followed up for two months but eventually got rejected. It was a strange experience, especially since they said they needed someone within a month.
