Candidate-reported interview process
We had a group interview with about 15 candidates. The hiring managers talked a little about their work. Then, we introduced ourselves and asked questions. They were friendly and answered everything we asked.
They had a Group Discussion (GD) round that was initially in French, which helped them separate French students and have a debate-like discussion. The whole round lasted about 45 minutes, with the last 15 minutes conducted in English.
The interview process was smooth and well conducted. There were 4 rounds of interview. They prefer candidates who can speak fluent English. The company's vision and mission are very clear.
